To do this you will need:
- t-shirt;
- scissors;
- needle and thread (or sewing machine);

The T-shirt must be turned inside out. Sew the bottom of the T-shirt. My sewing machine refused to sew at the most inopportune moment. But as you know, “hunt is better than bondage,” and I decided to stitch it manually. 
To make the bottom of the bag neat, I stitched the corners like this.
To prevent the corners from fraying, I sewed them to the bottom of the bag. 
Turn the T-shirt inside out. Lay it out on the table. It will be necessary to decorate the top of the bag. An ordinary plate will help us with this. You can, of course, do without it and draw a semicircle by eye and cut it out.
Next we cut off the sleeves to form the handles of the bag. For this, I used a plate instead of a pattern.

Attach a pin to the lace and insert it into the hem.
