School-wide parent meeting with nutrition presentation. Parents' meeting "For parents - about healthy eating for children"

SLIDE 1

The health and physical condition of schoolchildren is a matter of serious concern. Among school graduates, only one in five can be considered healthy. During the period of schooling, the number of children with neuropsychic abnormalities and disorders increases 4 times, myopia increases 10 times. About 25-30% of children entering 1st grade have certain health problems, and among school graduates 70-80% cannot be called absolutely healthy. According to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, 30% of schoolchildren have symptoms of various neuroses. Psychologists record a departure from age-related norms of memory, attention, and thinking.

Now, when the pace of life is increasing so rapidly, when the number of external stimuli is inexorably multiplying - noise, abundant, oversaturated flow of information, overpopulation of large cities, when civilization at every step prepares for each of us a great variety of stressful situations - the creation healthy image life, mobilizing the natural reserves of the human body, becomes our most important, urgent universal task.

SLIDE 2

And who, if not parents, are called upon to take the most active part in solving this problem. Who else but fathers and mothers, grandfathers and grandmothers, nurturing their children and grandchildren from the cradle; can provide them with a balanced diet, introduce them to sports, and protect them from bad habits, teach the rules of hygiene and, most importantly, set up the children themselves so that even without prompting and reminders from adults they strive to live wisely, correctly, not to the detriment, but to the benefit of their health. So that children are aware that today and their entire future adult life, their entire professional, social, family capacity will depend on whether their heart, lungs, brain, nerves and other organs and tissues are healthy or not. However, there is a condition when all organs and systems seem to function normally, but they are subject to strong additional loads, which, if not taken into account, can easily throw the body out of balance. Schoolchildren are under the influence of such additional loads for a long time. After all, in fact, everything that happens to children at school is a huge burden. And if you take into account that all the organs and systems of a young body are still very fragile, unformed, you can imagine what serious consequences these stresses can cause under unfavorable circumstances. That is why parents are required to be so attentive, spiritually vigilant, patient, and tactful towards their children. When raising a child in family and school, we often use the word “habit”. We consider irresponsibility, lack of ability to work fruitfully, disorganization and much more to be bad habits of students. But we, adults, do not think about the fact that the basis of the above problems is the child’s lack of habit of being healthy spiritually and physically. The habit is not instilled in the family or at school, and therefore the future adult does not develop a positive image of a healthy person.

SLIDE 3

Apparently, this is why our students put many things first among the life priorities studied, but not health. As a result of a study conducted in grades 8-11 (a total of 200 students were surveyed), health as a life value is placed only in ninth place. Scientific and technological progress has led to the fact that people understand less and less what physical labor is. And even more so a child. Over the past century, according to scientists, the weight of direct human muscular work has decreased from 94% to 1%. The main vices of the 21st century are: accumulation of negative emotions without physical release, overeating and physical inactivity.

According to experts, even if children move enough, their movements are monotonous, not all muscle groups are involved in the movement, and the result of such activity does not provide much benefit.

You can often hear from parents: “For my child, physical education lessons are enough to move around.” Is it enough? Parents apparently have no idea that physical education lessons make up for the deficit motor activity only by 11%. Two or three lessons in the school schedule will not solve the problem. Two and a half hours a week of physical education at school will not form the habit of maintaining one’s own health. This means that the school and family must do much more than they are doing to help the child love himself, his body, his health, himself and objectively evaluate his own health problems that need an immediate solution. Recently, radio and television, the media have been actively raising the issue that the physical activity of children has become very low, sports and Physical Culture ceased to be significant for the younger generation. This state of affairs threatens the mental and physical health of schoolchildren.

According to the results of research by Russian psychologists, on average, a student primary school who studies consistently at “4” and “5”, spends at least 2.5-3 hours at his desk at home; sixth grade student - 3-4 hours, high school student - 6 or more hours. But we also need to add school lessons to this...

The peculiarity of schooling is that the child must achieve a certain result. The expectations of teachers, parents and the child themselves lead to an increase in mental stress, nervous shock, and school stress. This leads to the fact that the child loses all desire to learn and simply live an active, interesting life. He withdraws into himself, runs away from problems that begin to accumulate as his own inactivity develops, and often becomes angry and aggressive.

Parents begin to sound the alarm and look for ways out of the crisis situation, not at all thinking that the solution is nearby, they just have to take a closer look at their child, talk to him and invite him to solve the pressing problem together. The figures related to the health problem speak for themselves. Parents often brush off children's problems, considering them frivolous and minor, unworthy of their participation in resolution, explaining that there are more important problems in life. And what a pity when a person pays for these problems with his life.

The problem grows, it takes over the child entirely, does not allow him to live a full life, deprives him of communication, attachments to friends, and can lead to a tragic outcome. In such a situation, parents do not want to understand that they can do almost the impossible by supporting their child by personal example. But often they take a different path: they buy the child toys, things, make expensive gifts, etc. The problem is not solved, for some time it “falls asleep,” but when it wakes up, it turns into lava, which simply cannot be stopped. Another school problem is the problem of lack of motivation for schoolchildren to study. School surveys show; that teenagers at school are often uninteresting, bored, etc. In order to interest the child in at least something, parents find a way out in the fact that, meeting his requests and wishes, a miracle of modern technology appears in the apartment - a computer, in which the child spends an additional 2-3 hours a day, reveling in computer games.

The parents calmed their anxiety: their son or daughter sits at home, is, as they say, “in front of everyone” all the time, but he again sits for hours, already at the computer. A sedentary lifestyle is becoming the norm for adults and children.

Television helps this too. Today's TV day for the average child is 2-3 hours of immobility in front of the TV screen, fatigue of the organs of vision and hearing, headaches, bad mood, drowsiness, apathy, etc. And if you add street noise, loud music on the street and in home, headphones, which many children do not take off even at school, cell phones - this leads to various dangerous symptoms and health problems already at school age.

All of the above reasons lead to the fact that a child who leads such a lifestyle not only has health problems, but also develops persistent learning difficulties. First of all, these are problems of concentration, memory, memorizing educational material, problems with perseverance in class, school fears, fear of answering at the blackboard and much more.

Such children develop personal problems. Lack of persistent interests and hobbies related to expanding one's own horizons, apathy giving way to aggressiveness, closedness - these are the few symptoms that are associated with an inactive lifestyle.

A sure way to increase the child’s body’s resistance to various diseases, to make it resilient, strong, and strong is proper physical education.

Systematic physical education and sports contribute to comprehensive physical improvement, strengthen health, increase performance, and create a cheerful mood in which study and any work proceed better. Many of us adults don’t even realize what a huge danger physical inactivity poses. It negatively affects literally all organs and systems of the body. Its resistance to colds and the action of pathogenic microorganisms decreases. People suffering from physical inactivity get colds 3-5 times more often than people with normal activity. Physical inactivity causes metabolic disorders and contributes to obesity, which in itself adversely affects the growing body. Children who move little are more likely to have injuries and are more difficult to heal. All parents want their children to grow up healthy, beautiful, and happy. Let's help the guys with this. Let's follow the advice that, unaware of the scale of physical inactivity in the 20th century, was given by Jean-Jacques Rousseau, who lived in the 18th century. “To make a child smart and reasonable,” the great French thinker urged, “make him strong and healthy: let him work, act, run, scream, let him be in constant motion.” But modern mothers and fathers know from themselves what it’s like to pull away modern teenager from the TV or computer, in front of which he is ready to sit for hours. It is not easy to prove to today’s “television” boys and girls that watching all the programs in a row is harmful; here are the ones that are intended specifically for schoolchildren - please, and then it’s better to go for a walk, run around the yard with a ball. But achieving this is not as hopeless as it sometimes seems. If only because adults have faithful allies - the children themselves, whose nature already has a great desire for activity, and above all motor activity. The need for movement is cultivable, but can be ruined.

The minimum number of steps per day for a person is 10,000 steps. It’s a stretch for a modern person to do half. At 13 years old, blood pressure rising to 130/80 is common. If parents are overweight, 60-80% of children are too. In order to maintain a balance of physical activity, a student must take 23-30 thousand steps daily. Children of divorced parents are more likely to suffer from hypertension.

According to Russian scientists, 51% of children do not go outside at all after returning from school. 73% of schoolchildren do not take breaks between preparing lessons. 30-40% of children are overweight. According to medical experts, the age from one year to 15 years is much more important for maintaining future health than from 15 years to 60. People who do not exercise have a heart rate that is 20% higher. This leads to rapid wear and tear of the heart. According to medical statistics, out of 100 children born, 20 develop flat feet over time, most often associated with muscle weakness.

How to help a schoolchild, how to make him start living an active, interesting and fulfilling life? How can we make sure that studying at school causes a surge of energy, and learning is a joy and develops students’ reflective skills?

The family in which the child is growing up can do a lot to change the situation described above. A schoolchild is extremely imitative, and if the parents themselves take care of their health and their physical fitness, then the child will live according to the rules and laws that are cultivated in his family. When a child in such a family grows up, he does not need to be forced to engage in physical education and sports; he does it himself with pleasure, out of habit developed over the years. The great thing is habit. Exercises in the morning, evening walks, active recreation during the holidays, weekends in nature - this is the cure for those diseases of the soul and body that can manifest themselves if parents do not instill in their children the habit of being mentally and physically healthy. Often in conversations with parents you hear complaints that they have no time, that they need to feed the family, and there is no time for such nonsense as physical education and sports. And the main argument is the lack of time and money for paid sections and clubs. But you don’t always have to pay for everything.

It is enough to move with your child for 10 minutes in the morning or evening, but every day and regardless of the developing situations, the result of the child’s success will be obvious. It is important for the child that his father and mother do the exercises with him, helping him and approving him

SLIDE 4

Organize correct, effective physical education The daily routine helps. Each child should have his own routine, which depends on the age, individual characteristics of the children, even on the daily routine of the parents. A uniform alternation of work and rest, i.e., a correct daily routine, is necessary for the normal physical growth of a schoolchild, for proper development his nervous system.

SLIDE 5

In the morning, do not get up abruptly after the alarm goes off. This adversely affects your well-being. Wake up slowly, stretch, yawn a few times, and then start doing gymnastics. Choose an interesting set of exercises for yourself and practice. At least 5 minutes, but systematically, with the window open.

SLIDE 6

Then rinse with cold water in the bath. Wash your face with warm, boiled water. Brush your teeth. Comb your hair with a brush. Breakfast is an extremely important matter. The way to school is a great opportunity to warm up. It is better to walk to school.

During breaks at school, don’t forget about the need to move. You can do some vigorous movement exercises to relieve fatigue. The breaks are short, and they should be used as much as possible for relaxation: do not read, do not write.

Parents need to remember that there is an obvious direct relationship between human health and nutrition. Nutrition provides the basic vital functions of the body. These primarily include growth and development, as well as continuous tissue renewal (the plastic role of food). Food supplies the energy necessary for all internal processes of the body, as well as for external work and movement. Finally, with food a person receives substances that are necessary for the synthesis of compounds that play the role of regulators and biological catalysts: hormones and enzymes.

Therefore, the main requirement for nutrition is that the quantity and quality of food meet the needs of the body.

The child’s body, even at rest, consumes energy. With muscular and mental work, metabolism increases. Energy expenditure varies depending on the age of the children.

This energy can only be replenished through nutrition. For food to be of maximum benefit, it must contain all the substances that make up our body: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and water.

Proteins are the most important component of nutrition. The most important sources of protein are the following products: meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, bread, potatoes, beans, soybeans, peas.

Insufficient intake of fat into the body can lead to disruption of the central nervous system, weakening of immunobiological mechanisms, changes in the kidneys, skin, and organs of vision. Fats are found in sufficient quantities in foods such as eggs, liver, meat, lard, fish, and milk. For baby food Butter is a very good source of fat. Vegetable fats are also valuable.

Carbohydrates are the main source of energy. People engaged in mental or light physical labor do not need a large number of carbohydrates; When performing significant physical work and playing sports, the need for carbohydrates increases. People who are prone to obesity can reduce the amount of carbohydrates in their diets without much harm to their health. Plant foods are the richest in carbohydrates: bread, cereals, pasta, potatoes. Sugar is a pure carbohydrate.

Vitamins are substances that are absolutely necessary for the body in minimal quantities to maintain life. A long-term lack of vitamins in the diet leads to vitamin deficiency, but hypovitaminosis, the development of which is associated with a lack of vitamins in food, is more common; this is especially noticeable during the winter and spring months. Most hypovitaminosis is characterized by common symptoms: increased fatigue, weakness, apathy, decreased performance, decreased body resistance.

The human body also needs a systematic supply of mineral salts. Among them are salts of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, chlorine, which are considered microelements, since they are needed daily in relatively large quantities, and iron, zinc, manganese, chromium, iodine, fluorine, which are needed in very small quantities . Berries. Fruits and vegetables are sources of many important substances for the body: vitamins, especially vitamin C, mineral salts.

The need of a child's body for water is higher than that of an adult, since cell growth is possible only in the presence of water. An adult needs 40 ml of water per day per 1 kg of body weight, and a child 6-7 years old needs 60 ml. Therefore, the diet should be designed so that the child receives one liquid dish at each meal.

Thus, the more varied the diet is, the wider range of foods it includes, the more likely it is that the body will receive all the substances it needs.

When preparing food, it is also very important to take into account the type of culinary and technological processing of products. The most gentle, preserving valuable substances, are such processing methods as boiling without draining, poaching and sautéing for plant products, boiling and stewing for meat, baking for dairy and fish products.

For the normal development of children's bodies great importance has the correct diet. The concept of “diet regimen” includes regularity of meals, frequency of meals, distribution of the daily diet according to energy value, chemical composition, food set and weight into individual meals.

If a child is accustomed to have breakfast, lunch and dinner at a certain time, then by this time he will develop an appetite, as the body begins to secrete food juices. Failure to comply with the diet can cause many diseases, the consequences of which do not always appear immediately.

It is harmful if children “intercept” a piece of bread, pie, cutlet, etc. while walking. The main food is then eaten without pleasure and in smaller quantities than necessary. Violation of the diet can lead to a complete lack of appetite and indigestion.

The number of meals is set depending on the age and daily routine of the students. For junior schoolchildren It is recommended 3 times a day, for middle and older ages 2 times.

In the morning, the child’s body intensively consumes energy, since at this time it works most actively. In this regard, breakfast should contain a sufficient amount of nutrients and include hot meat, cereals, vegetables, cottage cheese or eggs, as well as milk, coffee or tea with bread and butter. Lunch should consist of two or three dishes: borscht with a side dish and compote or jelly, fruit. For afternoon tea and second breakfast, fruits, juices, milk or kefir with light snacks are excellent. Dinner is recommended 1.5 - 2 hours before bedtime; it should mainly include light cereal or vegetable dishes with butter, milk or yogurt. Before going to bed, it is not recommended to eat foods containing a lot of proteins, as they have a stimulating effect on nervous system, increase the body’s activity and linger in the stomach for a long time. At the same time, children sleep restlessly and do not have time to rest during the night.

The duration of breakfast and dinner should be 15 minutes, lunch - 30 minutes.

However, any advice must be approached individually, studying and listening to the needs of your body.

There are many rules for the most rational nutrition of a child. Each age, and especially children, has specific calorie needs. And they are determined not by body weight, but by energy expenditure. On average, a child under 12 years of age needs 60 calories per kilogram of weight. Therefore, salads made from grated carrots with apples, raw cabbage, onions, radishes and radishes are very useful for teenagers. If you are not overweight, then sweets are not harmful, of course, after a meal, and not instead of it.

SLIDE 8

The natural forces of nature have a beneficial effect on the body. The role of adults is to teach their children to consciously follow the rules for using air, sun, and water. The purpose of hardening is to make the body resistant to various external conditions: to cooling or overheating, to humidity or dry air, to wind.

SLIDE 9

No matter how important for a person physical exercise, health is also affected by mood. Try to listen to your favorite cheerful music more often - this is the best cure for a bad mood!

SLIDE 10

Most people, including schoolchildren, know that smoking is one of the causes of many serious diseases, especially such as heart disease, vascular disease, and the occurrence of malignant tumors. Scientists have found that the earlier a person starts smoking, the greater the risk of malignant tumors increases. The effect of nicotine on a growing organism is especially harmful. However, evidence suggests that the age of smokers has become significantly younger. Sometimes children aged 8-10 are already familiar with cigarettes. How to combat smoking among schoolchildren? Parents and their example are primarily to blame for introducing children to smoking. In families where adults smoke, children also start smoking in 79-86% of cases. And vice versa, if there are no smokers around the children, the likelihood of them becoming addicted to nicotine is low.

SLIDE 11

So, nutrition, lifestyle, organization of activities and recreation - all this affects the health of our children. All of us: teachers, students and parents learn together to think, protect, care and strengthen our health. A healthy child is a good student!

Formation healthy lifestyle skills

Health is a peak that you constantly need to climb yourself. Popular proverb.

The secret of this harmony is simple - a healthy lifestyle:

  • maintaining physical health;
  • absence of bad habits;
  • proper nutrition;
  • hardening;
  • maintaining personal hygiene;
  • positive emotions;
  • physical activity.

Proper nutrition the student should have:

  • age appropriate;
  • preferably four times a day;
  • balanced in the composition of nutrients - proteins, fats, carbohydrates, as well as vitamin and mineral composition;
  • fully provide the body's energy costs.

Hardening -

one of the best means health promotion. The task of hardening is to accustom the child’s fragile, growing body to tolerate temperature changes in the environment. The main means of hardening children are natural factors - air, water, sun.

Types of hardening:

  • Washing is the most accessible way in everyday life; you should start with warm water, gradually lowering the temperature.
  • Foot baths are an effective way of hardening, since the feet are most sensitive to cooling.
  • Walking on fresh air– you can use a bicycle, skis, rollerblades.

  • Walking barefoot - the leg muscles are trained. You should start walking barefoot from 1 minute, adding 1 minute every 7 days.
  • Sunbathing has a strengthening effect on the child's body, enhances metabolism and the body's resistance to diseases.
  • Swimming in reservoirs - swimming in the summer, in calm weather at a water temperature of 22-23 degrees, at an air temperature of 25-26 degrees.

Purpose of testing :

determining the level of awareness (formation) about a healthy lifestyle among schoolchildren.

Criteria:

  • Children's knowledge about the structure of the human body, health and healthy lifestyle, awareness of this knowledge.
  • Children’s active attitude towards their health, a healthy lifestyle, the desire to help themselves and other people in maintaining it.
  • Mastery of skills, techniques of a healthy lifestyle, formation of habits of hygienic behavior, readiness to exercise self-control and self-assessment of achieved results.

Unity of effort, constant friendly contact between family and school is the key to achieving success in educating the younger generation. Strengthening the relationship between family, school and community today is one of the important problems of education. The child begins to be raised in a family. When he grows up, this function is partially transferred to the school and falls on the shoulders of teachers. If previously the teacher’s responsibilities included only teaching his subject, today the preparation of the child for adult life, personality education. It is important for children to see the coordinated actions of teachers and parents. When the requirements of the school coincide with the requirements of the family, the child is confident in the correctness of these requirements, he is organized and disciplined.

The interaction between family and school is important not only in the first years of a child’s stay at school, when he has not yet acquired the necessary ability to self-manage his feelings and behavior. They remain relevant even at an older age, because often it is at school that a child has a chance to express himself and demonstrate his talents.

The education system is currently developing various models of interaction between family and school. The process of such cooperation and its features are determined, first of all, by the type and type of educational institution, and the special activities of the teaching staff. To foster cooperation between adults and children in educational institution it is important to present the team as a single whole, like a big family that unites and lives interestingly only if it is organized Team work teachers, children and parents.

The school organizes an ongoing comprehensive study of students' families by class teachers and a social teacher. Studying a student’s family allows us to understand the way of life of the family, what its social attitudes are, the system of moral and spiritual values, relationships with people around them and each other, family traditions, pedagogical education of parents, the ability to organize the life and activities of children in the family in accordance with the goals of education and the age of the child. All types of communication, all contacts with parents in the process of joint educational activities provide new materials about family education, about the use of free time in the family, about the favorite activities of family members, about the depth of parents’ understanding of the process of formation of the child’s personality, which allows them to choose a pedagogically competent direction of work with family.

Slide 3.

Morals and tastes, manners and habits, worldview and beliefs, character and ideals - the foundations of all this are laid in the family and at school. It is in the family that a child’s ideas about good and evil, about decency, about respect for material and spiritual values are formed. With close people in the family, he experiences feelings of love, friendship, duty, responsibility, justice...

Slide 4.

Lev Kassil wrote: “Family and school are the shore and the sea.

Slide 5.

On the shore, the child takes his first steps, receives his first life lessons, and then

Slide 6.

An immense sea of knowledge opens up before him, and the school charts a course in this sea.

Slide 7.

But this does not mean that it should completely break away from the shore.”

You trust us with what is most precious to you - your children. All of us, both parents and teachers, want one thing: for our children to grow up healthy, receive a good education, learn to live and work in a team, develop their abilities, and only in cooperation, in close interaction, can we achieve this result.

Slide 8.

The interaction between family and school can solve many issues in raising a child, reduce bad influence social environment, but the school will never be able to compete with the family. Family is the most powerful tool in shaping a child's personality.

That is why the first and main task of parents is

Slide 9.

Creating confidence in the child that he is loved and cared for. Under no circumstances should a child have doubts about parental love. The most natural and most necessary of all the duties of parents isTreat your child at any age lovingly and attentively. Here it is important to understand that it is necessary not only to love the child and be guided by love in your daily worries of caring for him, in your conditions for his upbringing, it is necessary that the child feels, feels, understands, is sure that he is loved, and is filled with this feeling of love , no matter what difficulties, clashes and conflicts arise in his relationship with his parents or in the relationship of spouses with each other. Many people have probably had such cases when, after a quarrel with our spouse, we no longer have time for children, or even worse, we begin to take out our anger and bad mood on them. The child suffers from these scandals and he also feels very bad. Children try to be closer to their mother at these moments, to tell her something. And often in response they will hear from their mother the words “leave me alone, you see I have no time for you.” The child begins to feel unnecessary and withdraws into himself.

Many parents believe that under no circumstances should they show their children love for them, as this leads to spoilage, selfishness, and selfishness. This assertion must be categorically rejected. All these unfavorable personality traits arise precisely when there is a lack of love, when a certain emotional deficit is created. Instilling in a child the feeling that he is loved and cared for does not depend either on the time that parents devote to children, or on whether the child is raised at home or with early age is in a manger and kindergarten. This is not connected with the provision of material conditions, with the amount of material costs invested in education.

The next task of family education isconstant psychological contact with baby. Contact cannot occur with oneself; it must be built even with a baby. The basis for maintaining contact is sincereinterest in everything that happens in child's life, sincere curiosity about his childhood, even the most trivial and naive, problems. When we talk about mutual understanding, emotional contact between children and parents, we mean a kind of dialogue that should be built on the equality of positions of the child and the adult. This is difficult to achieve. Usually the adult's position arises - this is the position “above the child”. An adult has strength, experience, independence - a child is physically weak, inexperienced, completely dependent. Equality of positions does not mean that parents, when building a dialogue, need to stoop to the level of the child; no, they have to rise to the understanding of the “subtle truths of childhood.” Equality of positions in dialogue lies in the need for parents to constantly learn to see the world through the eyes of their children. Contact should be built based on a constant, tireless desire to learn about the uniqueness of his individuality. It is necessary to accept the child as he is. Recognize the child’s right to his inherent individuality, to be different from others, including being different from his parents.

First of all, it is necessary to pay special attention to the assessments that parents constantly express. Negative assessments of the child’s personality and inherent character qualities should be categorically abandoned. A statement concerning the personality or character of a child causes serious harm to contact with him and violates confidence in parental love. It is necessary to develop a rule for yourself not to evaluate your child negatively, but to criticize only what was done incorrectly.action or erroneous thoughtlessmisdemeanor .

Slide 10.

The formula of true parental love sounds like this: not “I love you because you are good,” but “I love you because you exist.” Perhaps parents love a child when he meets their expectations, when he studies and behaves well, but if the child does not satisfy those needs, then the child is rejected, and the attitude changes for the worse. This brings significant difficulties, the child is not confident in his parents, he does not feel the emotional security that should be there from infancy.

Slide 11.

There are many problems in raising children in a family. One of the main ones is the lack of affection that our children experience. Parents don’t find time, forget, or maybe even hesitate to caress the child just like that, obeying some inner urge. The fear of spoiling children, especially boys, causes fathers and mothers to be overly harsh with their children. Feel free to cuddle your child.

Recently, the concept ofchild endangerment syndrome - this is the behavior of parents towards a child, accompanied by the infliction of physical, psychological and moral trauma. The concept of SOOSD includes various options: from physical punishment threatening the life of a child due to improper upbringing. Nowadays, almost every day you hear about cases of abuse of adopted children, and how many such families abuse their own children.

Families where SOOSD is registered are usually classified as disadvantaged. Drinking people, single mothers leading a wild lifestyle, people with low educational qualifications. The disadvantaged category includes families that are quite financially secure if the parents do not pay attention to the child, preferring to buy him off with gifts, an abundance of toys, a variety of food and clothing. They don't have time. Without being prepared in the field of education, fathers and mothers use a simple and “effective” way - physical violence. The latter is more often used by mothers than by fathers. OOOSD is observed 3 times less often in girls. Than to the boys. The latter are more mobile, running and screaming irritate their parents. Parents do not understand that cruelty begets cruelty.

The atmosphere of a family is determined by its strength, its moral ideals, distant and immediate goals, and emotional makeup. And the more positive emotions a child in the family receives. All the better.

Only the predominance of optimism, mutual tenderness and friendship over discord, despondency and boredom creates what can be called a family hearth. It gathers and unites people connected by family ties around itself, warms them, gives food to the senses and rest to the soul. A family, with all its inherent worries, troubles, sorrows and even misfortunes, should bring joy to a person.

In order to identify relationships in the family, 41 students were interviewed. Students were given a questionnaire consisting of 8 questions:

1. Who do you live with?

2. Give your full name. family members.

3. Where and what do family members work?

4. When you need advice, which family member do you turn to?

5. Who helps you with your homework?

6. If you please your family members with something, then they...

8. How does your family spend their weekends?

As a result of the survey, the following was revealed:

1. 33 people live with mom and dad (stepfather)

8 people live with mother

2. Know your full name. family members - 24 people

They do not know the last or patronymic name of one or more family members - 17 people

3. They know where and what their parents work for 28 people

They don’t know where or what their parents work for: 13 people

4. People seek advice more often

3 people for mom and dad

only to mother - 26 people;

Waiting for help and advice from dad - 3 people;

Relies on grandmother - 4 people;

Doesn’t wait for help, but relies only on himself -6 people

5. Do their homework independently - 14 people (26%);

They resort to the help of adults (mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, uncle, brother or sister) - 21 people (68%);

Do homework with a teacher - 10 people.

6. If you please your family members with something, then they...

Praise with words – 7 people

Hugs, kisses – 5 people

Rejoicing – 26 people

No response – 3 people

7. If you have upset your family members in some way, then they...

Do nothing - 4 people

Offended – 6 people

Placed in a corner - 2 people

Explain - 3 people

Scolding – 15 people

9 people are upset

8. The situation when each family member does only his own business on the weekend is observed in 8 families.

One of the main problems that is being raised at present is the problem of mutual understanding. Both children and adults need to be not only listened to, but also heard; not only accepted, but also supported and helped. Communicate with your children as much and as often as possible, then both you and they will have significant less problems. Be an example and role model for your child, do not demand from him what you yourself cannot fulfill because, as you know, the ideal parent is the parent who serves as a positive example for his children in everything.

Slide 13.

A reminder for parents about creating a positive family atmosphere

    Remember: how the parents wake up the child depends on his psychological attitude all day.

    Each child requires a strictly individual time for night rest. There is only one indicator - for the child to get enough sleep and wake up easily when his parents wake him up.

    Learn to greet children after school. You shouldn’t be the first to ask the question: “What grades did you get today?”, it’s better to ask control questions: “What was interesting at school?”, “What did you do today?”, “How were you at school?”

    Rejoice at your child's success. Don't get annoyed at his temporary failures.

    The child must feel that he is loved.

    It is necessary to exclude shouting and rude intonations from communication; create an atmosphere of joy, love and respect in the family.

    Try to pay more attention to your children, be able to listen to them, understand and accept them as they are, talk to them more, broaden their horizons, explain to them what they don’t understand. It is very important during these years not to push them away from you, not to brush aside their questions because you are busy or simply do not want to bother with them. One, two, three times you won’t want to talk to your child - then he won’t come to you. He will look for other advisers with whom he can talk about everything. And very often it can get bad advice, and parents will forever lose the opportunity to influence the moral development of their child.

Slide 14.

Rules for cooperation between family and school

    Parents should not speak negatively about teachers or condemn them in front of their child.

    If a child comes home with complaints about an adult, about his comrades, you need to listen to the child and promise him to sort out the current situation. Be sure to contact class teacher, find out the reason for the disagreement and decide together how to act in the current situation. Only through concerted action can we arrive at a reasonable outcome of events. Teachers and parents should become allies and like-minded people, and not competitors, they should always meet each other halfway, solve educational problems with interest and in a coordinated manner.

And we would like you to see your allies in teachers. If problems arise, call, come to school, we will solve it together, ask for help. You came to the parent meeting today, which means you are not indifferent to the fate of your children. Let's work together to prepare children for independent living.

And I would like to end my speech with the words of the classic V.G. Belinsky “Parents, only parents, have the most sacred responsibility to make their children human, and the duty of educational institutions is to make them scientists, citizens, members of the state... So let’s together make our children human. Well-educated children are our happy old age, poorly raised children are our grief, our tears. So think about the future, and the future is our children.”

Slide 15.

No wonder A.S. Makarenko wrote: “If you want good children, be happy.”

Slide 16.

Thank you for attention.We look forward to our further cooperation.

PRINCIPLES OF HEALTHY NUTRITION FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN A schoolchild's nutrition should be balanced. The correct balance of nutrients is essential for children's health. The student’s menu must include foods containing not only proteins, fats and carbohydrates, but also essential amino acids, vitamins, some fatty acids, minerals and trace elements. These components are not independently synthesized in the body, but are necessary for full development child's body. The ratio between proteins, fats and carbohydrates should be 1:1:4.

PRINCIPLES OF HEALTHY NUTRITION FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN The nutrition of a schoolchild should be optimal. When compiling a menu, the needs of the body related to its growth and development, changes in environmental conditions, and increased physical or emotional stress must be taken into account. With an optimal nutritional system, a balance is maintained between the intake and expenditure of essential nutrients.

PRINCIPLES OF HEALTHY NUTRITION FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN The calorie content of a schoolchild's diet should be as follows: 7-10 years old - 2400 kcal 14-17 years old - kcal If a child plays sports, he should receive more kcal.

ESSENTIAL PRODUCTS FOR COMPLETE NUTRITION Proteins The most valuable for a child are fish and milk proteins, which are best absorbed by the child’s body. In second place in quality is meat protein, in third place is protein of plant origin. Every day a schoolchild should receive grams of protein, of which grams are of animal origin.

ESSENTIAL PRODUCTS FOR A HEALTHY DIET Fats. A sufficient amount of fat must also be included in a schoolchild’s daily diet. Essential fats are found not only in the “fatty” foods we are used to – butter, sour cream, lard, etc. Meat, milk and fish are sources of hidden fats. Animal fats are less digestible than vegetable fats and do not contain fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamins that are important for the body.

ESSENTIAL PRODUCTS FOR COMPLETE NUTRITION Norm of fat consumption for schoolchildren g per day, 30% of the daily diet. Everyday child school age should receive: butter; vegetable oil; sour cream.

ESSENTIAL PRODUCTS FOR COMPLETE NUTRITION Carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are necessary to replenish the body's energy reserves. The most beneficial are complex carbohydrates containing indigestible dietary fiber. The daily norm of carbohydrates in a schoolchild’s diet is g, of which simple carbohydrates should account for no more than 100 g.

Research shows that the first signs of chronic diseases (obesity, cardiovascular diseases, oncology, digestive disorders) appear in adolescence. Nutrition education has a significant impact on developing healthy habits and leading to a reduction in the risk of diet-related diseases.

Tip: Try to demonstrate to your child the benefits of healthy eating. Boys can be “inspired” by explaining that healthy foods are the path to physical strength and height. Girls can be influenced by stories about the beauty of hair and skin. Illustrate for them possible consequences overeating sweets or fatty foods: tooth decay, obesity, hair loss, acne.

Oats In terms of protein content, oatmeal ranks second after buckwheat. Oats contain an enzyme that promotes the absorption of fat in the body. Oatmeal has an anti-inflammatory effect on gastrointestinal tract. The fiber contained in oats absorbs toxins. The B complex of vitamins normalizes the function of the central and peripheral nervous systems.

Barley is rich in phosphorus (2 times more than in other cereals), which is necessary for proper metabolism and good brain function. Contains a large amount of lysine, an amino acid. It has an antiviral effect, strengthens the heart muscle and is involved in the production of collagen, which is responsible for skin elasticity.

Millet The least allergenic product of all grains. Easily absorbed by the body of people with a sensitive digestive tract. Contains a large amount of potassium, which stimulates the heart. Rich in silicon. MINUS: millet contains a large amount of fat; it goes rancid when stored for a long time, and if consumed frequently it contributes to weight gain.

Biokefir, bifidok, bio-balance - milk medicine Scientists have specially bred beneficial bacteria that live in milk. There are more than 400 beneficial bacteria in the intestines that improve the digestion of incoming food. And when the body lacks them, bacteria from these dairy products come to the rescue.

JUICES Scientists believe that freshly prepared juice is beneficial. The amount of juices in a child’s diet should not exceed the permissible limits (g per day). It is recommended to drink juices after eating the main meal. You should not give juice to children before bed, in which case the sugar it contains will destroy tooth enamel throughout the night.

Progress of the meeting

Greeting children:

Greetings to everyone who found the time
And he came to school for a health celebration.
Let winter smile at us through the window,
But in our classroom it is warm and light.
We grow up here, we mature here.
And, naturally, we gain weight.
We are always healthy, friendly with exercise,
We need sports and physical education like we need air.
And with them there is order, comfort, cleanliness.
Aesthetics. In general, beauty itself.
We take care of our health from an early age,
It will save us from pain and troubles.

1. Introductory speech by the teacher.

Dear moms and dads! We are glad to see you visiting us again. As you may have guessed, today we will talk about the health of our children.

A “healthy lifestyle” includes several components. And one of them is very important - healthy eating. But is all the food we eat equally healthy? What foods should you choose to maintain your health for many years? We'll talk about this today (Slide No. 2, 3)

2. Game “Invisible Thought”. (slide No. 4)

From the confusion of letters, I suggest that parents compose words in such a way that they can read the sentence.

Literal confusion: ZDO, NOT, WITHOUT, BUT, ZDO, NOTHING, ROVIA, EVERYTHING, ROVIE, EVERYTHING (Answer: “Health is not everything, but everything without health is nothing.”

Teacher.

Man is the perfection of nature. But in order for him to enjoy the benefits of life and enjoy its beauty, it is very important to have health. “Health is not everything, but everything without health is nothing,” said the wise Socrates.

The health of children and their development is one of the main problems of family and school. Children's health has been steadily deteriorating in recent years. What can be done to preserve and strengthen the health of children? Children's health is everyone's concern. Moreover, it is determined by the general situation in the country. Therefore, the problem of children’s health must be solved comprehensively and by the whole world. You can hardly find parents who do not want their children to grow up healthy.

Well, what do you think a healthy child is like? (Parents' statement).

3. Children's performance.

Teacher: Guys, there is a proverb written on the board, let's read it (slide No. 5)

The mill lives on water, but man lives on food.”

How do you understand the meaning of this proverb?

(Children's answers).

Teacher: Food is necessary to maintain the functioning of our body.

What should the food be like? (Delicious, varied)

Why? (Different foods contain different nutrients and vitamins.)

You see pyramid nutrition, recommended by the World Health Organization. Let's see what it consists of. (slide number 6)

(“Nutrition pyramid” in the form of an isosceles triangle, divided horizontally into 4 parts. At the base of the pyramid, cereals and bakery products are drawn; on the second level - vegetables and fruits; on the third - dairy products, meat, fish; on the fourth (top of the pyramid) - sugar, salt, sweets).

(The teacher points to each tier of the pyramid, the children name which food products are drawn on each tier of the pyramid).

Conclusion: Nutrition should be complete, i.e. diverse.

Teacher: Guys, someone came to us. Who is this? (Carlson).

Student: Hello Carlson!

Carlson: Hello. .

Student:

Why are you sad?
Give an answer. .

Carlson:

I'm full of jam!
And there were cookies.
Cake and lots of sweets:
The lunch was very tasty.
And now the engine has stalled. . .
Oh, why did I eat pie? .

Student: Where were you today?

Carlson:

The elephant invited me to dinner.
I couldn't refuse him.
Oh, why did I eat pie?

Student:

Yes, friends, at first glance,
Karlsonchik has become a bit fat.
Is it possible to eat so much?
You need to go on a diet!

Carlson:

You need a bed to sit down,
And you can’t get to the house.
Who would help me climb onto the roof? . .
Oh, why did I eat pie. . .
If I hadn't eaten the pie,
Then, of course, it took off!
My forehead is hot
And all greed is a microbe.
If it weren't for him:
Nothing would have happened!

Student:

Carlson! Don't grumble!
Better keep quiet about food!
It's all your fault:
You ate and ate everything!

Carlson:

I am a man in his prime,
Well, you don’t care!
That's it - the last breath has come!
Oh, why did I eat pie. . .

Teacher:

Guys, moderation is also needed in food,
So that unexpected misfortune does not happen,
You need to eat at the appointed time
A little bit a day, but several times.
Always follow this law
And your food will become healthy.
Diet is also important,
Then we will escape from diseases.
You also need to know about calories
So that you don’t go through them in a day!
Buns, candies, cookies, cakes
Children need it in small quantities.
Remember, Carlson, our simple advice:
Health is one thing, but there is no other!

Carlson:

Thanks guys!
Now I know
And follow a strict diet regimen.
Without your help I would have dried up completely.
Oh, why did I eat that huge pie!

Teacher:- Guys, what conclusion can be drawn from the story that happened to Carlson?

(Food must be regular).

Teacher: Children your age should eat 4-5 times a day at the same time.

And there should also be food moderate.

Moderation is the mother of health. Do not overload your stomach, do not overeat. The feeling of fullness comes to a person 15-20 minutes after finishing a meal. Therefore, you need to leave the table feeling slightly hungry.

Healthy eating : (slide number 7)

1. Diverse.

2. Regular.

3. Moderate.

Vitamins occupy a special place in the nutritional system (slides No. 8 – 16)

4.Lecture.

Currently, the problem of sickness in the population has become acute. More and more often we are learning about diseases that the environment, water pollution, and unnatural products add to our lives. A child should be taught a healthy lifestyle from a very early age. Your child for you is your future, this is your immortality. After all, every person physically continues in his children, grandchildren, in his descendants. And you, of course, want your physical continuation to be worthy, so that it not only preserves all your advantages, but also increases them.

Components of a healthy lifestyle include:(slide number 17)

    motor activity;

    hardening;

    balanced diet;

    compliance with the regime;

    personal hygiene;

    rejection of bad habits,

    proper nutrition;

And, dear parents, you must remember: what you teach your children, they will take into their families. But we want the families of our loved ones to be healthy. I am always surprised that everyone knows that the most valuable thing is health. But few people find the strength to follow it when it still exists. When we get sick, we run to hospitals and complain, but in many ways we ourselves are to blame.

Health problems caused by poor nutrition are a leading cause of death. According to Academician of the Academy of Medical Sciences D.F. Chebotarev, “nutrition is practically the only means that prolongs a species’ lifespan by 25-40%.”

5.Questionnaire

Are you eating right?

Results of the survey on slide (slide number 18)

6. Didactic game “Shop”, “Harmful Products”

10 most harmful foods that you should avoid.

1. Lollipops, chewing candies, marshmallows and marmalade of unnaturally bright colors.

In addition to the amount of sugar that goes beyond all reasonable limits, these sweets also contain dyes and flavors that are especially dangerous for our body, which literally kill cells human body.

2. Chips, French fries.

These, undoubtedly tasty, products are harmful not only to the figure, but also to health in general, because they are a mixture of easily digestible carbohydrates and fats richly flavored with chemical flavor enhancers and spices.

3. Carbonated drinks.

4. Chocolate bars.

The huge amount of sugar they contain quickly becomes addictive: a person literally cannot live a day without another Mars or Snickers.

5. Sausages and sausages.

6. Fatty meat.

Excessive amounts of animal fat lead to the formation of cholesterol plaques, resulting in diseases of the cardiovascular system.

8. Instant foods.

There is no need to talk about any benefits for this category of products: to speed up cooking, a record amount of chemicals are added to them, which cannot have a positive effect on the health of the people who consume them.

Sleep disturbances, hypotension, swelling - these are not all the problems that arise from eating too salty foods.

10. Alcohol.

You should not believe those who claim that alcoholic drinks are beneficial in small doses. On the contrary, even one glass of alcohol can interfere with the absorption of vitamins and impair blood circulation.

7.Theoretical information for parents.

(Speech by a medical worker)

Nutrition provides the basic vital functions of the body. These, first of all, include growth and development, as well as continuous tissue renewal (the plastic role of food).

We highlight the basic principles of rational nutrition:

1. Correspondence of the calorie content of the diet to daily energy expenditure.

2. Correspondence of the chemical composition, calorie content and volume of the diet to the age needs and characteristics of the body.

3. A balanced ratio of nutrients in the diet (proteins, fats, carbohydrates).

4. Variety of food products used (wide range, including vegetables, fruits, berries, various greens).

5. Correct culinary and technological processing of products in order to preserve biological and nutritional value.

The most important sources squirrel are the following products: meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, bread, potatoes, beans, soy, peas.

Insufficient intake of fat into the body can lead to disruption of the central nervous system, weakening of immunobiological mechanisms, changes in the kidneys, skin, and organs of vision.

Carbohydrates are the main source of energy. People engaged in mental or light physical work require a small amount of carbohydrates.

Vitamins- these are substances that are absolutely necessary for the body in minimal quantities to maintain life. A long-term lack of vitamins in the diet leads to vitamin deficiency, but hypovitaminosis, the development of which is associated with a lack of vitamins in food, is more common; this is especially noticeable during the winter and spring months.

The need of a child's body for water is higher than that of an adult, since cell growth is possible only in the presence of water.

When preparing food, it is also very important to take into account the type of culinary and technological processing of products. For the normal development of children's bodies, proper nutrition is of great importance. The concept of “diet regimen” includes regularity of meals, frequency of meals, distribution of the daily diet according to energy value, chemical composition, food set and weight into individual meals.

It is harmful if children “intercept” a piece of bread, pie, cutlet, etc. while walking.

Before going to bed, it is not recommended to eat foods containing a lot of proteins, as they have a stimulating effect on the nervous system, increase the body’s activity and linger in the stomach for a long time. At the same time, children sleep restlessly and do not have time to rest during the night.

8. Practical activity stage (work in groups)

Parents are encouraged to hold competitions on the topic of the parent meeting. Meeting participants are divided into groups. The jury is selected from among parents and school staff.

Competition "Breakfast for a child"(make a breakfast menu for your child for one day, taking into account nutritional recommendations and tastes of your child)

Competition “What should we cook for lunch?”

Leading. Teams need to present their lunch menu with arguments and evidence for the choice of products based on health and nutrition. Draw all your dreams on a piece of paper.

Summary of the meeting: “Wise thoughts on nutrition”:

A person needs a very small amount of food, but its quality should be sufficient.

People need a little - two fruits, a little flour and milk. This way you can clean not only the inside. Shouldn't doctors studying treatments for cancer and liver stones pay attention to this primitive prevention?

It is necessary to have some raw vegetables and fruits every day.

Note!

It is important that the food is tasty and the child eats with pleasure!

- “Unloved” dishes can be replaced with equivalent ones, similar in composition, but “favorite”.

Try adding some “zest” to your usual dishes (for example, nuts, dried fruits, a handful of berries in porridge or crackers, and fresh herbs in soup).

Don't make it a problem that your child doesn't like a certain food. No type of food is in itself irreplaceable. For example, vegetables of the same color can replace each other, and if a child does not like milk, then he can get the calcium he needs from cheese.

Don't say, "Eat all this, it's good for you." It sounds like you are offering medicine. Let your children see that you eat the same thing and enjoy it.

Don't say, "If you eat your vegetables, you'll get ice cream." The hated food will become even nastier, the forbidden fruit even more desirable, and the child will understand that all he has to do to get the sweet is to bribe you.

All those present at the meeting are given instructions on “Harmful Foods” and “Principles of Healthy Eating.”

Making a decision at the parent meeting.

Decision of the parents' meeting.

    Parents, together with their child, develop the most rational diet and assist in its implementation in every possible way.

    Provide every student with hot meals in the school canteen.

    The parent committee controls the food rations in the school cafeteria.

    Fortify the nutrition of students during infectious diseases.

    To foster self-knowledge in children and concern for their health.

At the end of our meeting I wish you: “Be healthy.”
