General requirements for the content and design of competitive works

In the "Presentation" category Works completed by participants in PowerPoint (file extension .pps, . ppt, .pptx) are accepted. Along with the presentation, the archive can include audio and video materials that are needed to cover the topic, as well as a script for a class hour or lesson. The topics of work are indicated above.

The All-Russian competition “Red Easter 2017” accepts works that are original material. Presentation texts should not contain errors; all texts are printed only in Russian. The first slide indicates the title of the work, surname, first name, patronymic of the author, place of work and study.

In the category "Drawing" Works made in any technique are provided (watercolor, pastel, oil, crayons, gouache, pencil drawing, mixed media). The format of the provided drawing is A3 - A4.

The participant provides a scanned or photographed drawing good quality in .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .tif, .gif format weighing up to 5 MB.

Competition drawings must be made carefully, their content must not contradict the legislation of our country. Works that do not correspond to the topic will not be accepted. The drawing must have a title that is indicated in the application.

In the "Craft" category Photos of work completed by participants are accepted. Photos must be of good quality so that the jury members can evaluate the work and the participants can examine them. The craft can be done using any technique using various materials.

In the category "Script" development of extracurricular activities is accepted, cool hours, lessons, themed activities, games, quizzes, library hours dedicated to Easter. The authors of the works can be teachers, educators, psychologists, librarians and other categories of teaching staff.

The text is written in Russian. There should be no errors in it. You can add poetry and prose to the script. The last page indicates the information sources used.

Evaluation of competition works

Grade competition works carried out by the site administration. Winners, laureates and participants are determined in each nomination and category separately. When assessing work, the following is taken into account:

  • compliance with the stated topic;
  • completeness of the topic;
  • content (amount of work, availability of applications);
  • reliability of the information provided;
  • quality of design;
  • literacy;
  • originality;
  • manifestation of creative individuality;

Awarding the winners and participants of the competition

All competition participants will receive electronic diplomas confirming participation in the “Red Easter 2017” competition and placement of their work in the media. Diplomas are in .pdf format. You can download the diplomas of the competition participants on the day the work is published on the website, and the winners’ diplomas only after summing up the results. Diplomas are located on the portal Klassnye-chasy.ru on the nomination pages, where lists of competition participants are published (along the green arrow).

Participants and laureates of the competition who have paid the registration fee of 300 rubles will be sent paper diplomas by Russian Post to the addresses specified in the application. If the address was not specified in the application, the diploma will not be sent by mail! All diplomas are sent by registered mail. After sending the diploma, you will be informed of the postal number of the item so that you can track your letter on the Russian Post website.

6.3. Nomination "Creator". This category presents Easter eggs made using the following techniques: applique, decoupage, quilling, works from natural materials.

6.4. Nomination "Fantasy". This category presents Easter eggs made using patchwork, macrame, and knitting techniques.

6.5. Nomination “Ages 18 and older (for teachers, parents and students over 18 years old)”. This category evaluates Easter eggs made using any technique.

"Easter composition"– an exhibition of the team’s works on an Easter theme at the award ceremony (for those coming to the award ceremony).

7. REQUIREMENTS FOR WORK FORMULATION

7.1. Works submitted to the competition must be fully prepared for display (the works must be stable). Each work must be packaged. The Organizing Committee of the Competition reserves the right not to accept fragile or carelessly executed works. The size of the eggs is from 7 to 17 cm (excluding the height of the stand). Competitive entries may be presented in gift packaging (the size of the packaging should not exceed 10x10x18 cm).

7.2. A label (Appendix 5) must be securely attached to the craft using a cord or braid (if there are stands, the labels must be on both the egg and the stand).

7.3. Labels must be made on colored paper in the following order:

· 6-8 years - yellow label;

· 9-11 years old - blue label;

· 12-14 years old - pink label;

· 15-18 years old - green label;

· From 18 years and older (for teachers, parents and students over 18 years old) - white label.

7.4. Applications and crafts (eggs) are accepted from February 27 to March 1, 2017 from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.

8. WORK EVALUATION CRITERIA

Each criterion is assessed using a 10-point system:

· artistic level of work;

· originality;

· usage folk traditions;

· correspondence of the submitted work to the age of the participant.

9. PAYMENT

The registration fee for participation in the Competition (one participant) is 50 rubles. The registration fee includes printing of diplomas of participants, certificates and prizes for winners and prize-winners, and technical support.
